Thank you for shopping with Ingenious Matter. We appreciate your business and want to ensure your satisfaction with every order. Because all of our products are custom-made and printed on demand through our fulfillment partner Printful, we have a limited return and refund policy outlined below.
1. All Sales Are Final
Every product is made to order specifically for you. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:
- Wrong size or color selection
- Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
- Shipping delays beyond our control
Please double-check your order details before submitting your purchase.
2. Defective or Damaged Items
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or misprinted, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund.
To request a review, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@ingeniousmatter.com and include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the defect or damage
Each case will be evaluated individually. If approved, we will issue a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
3. Wrong Address or Unclaimed Orders
If your package is returned due to an incorrect address or unclaimed delivery, you may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the item. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before completing checkout.
4. Refunds (If Applicable)
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
5. Order Cancellations
Our production process begins as soon as an order is placed. Because of this, we cannot guarantee cancellations once fulfillment has started. If you need to cancel an order, contact us immediately at support@ingeniousmatter.com, and we will do our best to accommodate your request if possible.
